วีซ่าแต่งงาน ติดตามสามี/ภรรยา สัญชาติไทย NON- IMMGRANT-O
วีซ่าแต่งงาน หรือวีซ่าติดตามสามี หรือ ภรรยา ชาวไทย สำหรับชาวต่างชาติที่จดทะเบียนสมรสกับชาวไทยและต้องการพำนักอยู่ในการเทศไทย วีซ่าประเภทนี่สามารถอยู่ประเทศไทยได้เป็นเวลา 1 ปี และจะต้องต่อวีซ่าทุกๆปี ในทุกๆ 90 วัน จะต้องไปรายงานตัวที่ ต.ม. หากต้องการเดินทางออกนอกประเทศจะต้องทำ Re-Entry ทุกครั้ง เพื่อรักษาสิทธิ์หลังจากกลับมาจากต่างประเทศ หากไม่ทำ Re-Entry ก่อนเดินทางออกนอกประเทศ วีซ่าของท่านจะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ วีซ่าประเภทนี้ไม่สามารถทำงานในประเทศไทยได้
ข้อสังเกตุ
-วีซ่า Non-Immigrant type O กรณีติดตามคู่สมรส ไม่อนุญาตให้ทำงานในประเทศไทยตามกฎหมาย หากต้องการที่จะทำงานในประเทศไทย ควรขอวีซ่าประเภท “B” และต้องมีใบอนุญาตทำงาน
-หากมีการหย่าร้าง วีซ่าประเภทนี้จะถูกยกเลิก และจะต้องออกจากประเทศไทยทันที
เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ยื่นวีซ่ามีดังนี้
- พาสปอร์ต ตัวจริง และ สำเนาทุกหน้าพร้อมลายเซ็น
2.รูปถ่าย 2 นิ้ว 3 ใบ
3.สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของภรรยา 1 ใบ พร้อมเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
4.สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของภรรยา 1 ใบ พร้อมเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
5.สำเนาทะเบียนสมรส และ สำเนาใบบันทึกสมรส อย่างละ 1ใบ ทั้งคู่เซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
6.สำเนาใบเกิดลูก ทุกคน 1 ใบ ( ถ้ามี )
7.สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านลูก ทุกคน 1 ใบ ( ถ้ามี )
8. สมุดแบ็งค์ ธนาคารกสิกร หรือ ไทยพาณิชย์ เล่มจริง และ สำเนาหน้าแรก พร้อมเซ็นรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
9. รูปถ่ายแต่งงาน และ รูปถ่ายครอบครัว 10 ใบ ก็อบปี้สีลงกระดาษ A4 , 2 รูป ต่อ 1 แผ่น (ห้ามขาวดำ)
วีซ่าแต่งงานสำหรับชาวต่างชาติระยะเวลาในการทำวีซ่าประมาณ 3-4 สัปดาห์ เอกสารต้องส่งทำก่อนวีซ่าหมด 3 อาทิตย์
Marriage Visa 1 Year,Non – IMMIGRANT – O
A Thailand Marriage Visa is the commonly-used term for a Non-immigrant O Visa which is extended on the basis of marriage to a Thai national.
What this means is that, first, you have to apply for a Non-Immigrant “O” Visa for Thailand from a Thai Embassy or Consulate abroad. At this point, you will receive a 90-day visa, which you can use to travel to Thailand. Then, after you enter Thailand with the Thai Marriage Visa, you can apply to extend it to one year at the Thailand Immigration Department.
However, it is not only the spouses of Thai citizens who can apply for a Non-Immigrant O Visa.
The document are required as bellow please:
1.Original passport and full copy every page ( singe on every page )
2. Pass post Photo 3 pictures
3. Copy House registration of your wife
4. Copy ID Card of your wife
5. Copy Marriage Certificate
6. Birth Certificate of all your child ( if you have )
7. Copy House Registration of all your child ( if you have )
8. Original book bank from Kasikorn or Siam Commercial bank and copy first page
9. Color copy Marriage and Family photo for 10 pictures ( 1 page for 2 picture )
Marriage visa for 1 year, without money 400,000 baht in your Bank Account
Processing time 3-4 week (the document has to send 3 week before your visa expiry)
Fee for a single-entry visa: 2,000 Thai Baht
Fee for a multiple-entry visa: 5,000 Thai Baht
