วีซ่าธุรกิจ Non-Immigrant B

        วีซ่าทำงาน  Non – Immigrant Visa “B” ออกให้กับผู้ที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางไปยังประเทศไทยเพื่อทำงาน ติดต่อธุรกิจ เข้าร่วมการประชุมในประเทศไทย

        1.กรณีที่ยังไม่เดินทางเข้ามาในประเทศไทย หรือวีซ่าหมดอายุ ให้ดำเนินการขอ Visa NON-B ที่สถานทูตไทยในประเทศนั้นๆ โดยตรวจสอบการเตรียมเอกสารได้ที่สถานกงสุลประเทศนั้นๆ (ขึ้นอยู่กับประเทศที่ขอ)

        2.กรณีที่มีการเดินทางเข้ามาในประเทศไทยแล้ว โดยถือวีซ่านักท่องเที่ยว (Tourist Visa) วีซ่าผ่านทาง (Transit Visa) หรือวีซ่าอื่นๆ ให้ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนประเภทวีซ่าเป็น Visa NON-B ที่สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง แจ้งวัฒนะ

        3.กรณีที่มี Visa Non-B อยู่แล้ว แต่อายุวีซ่าใกล้หมด ให้ดำเนินการต่อวีซ่าเพิ่ม ที่สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง แจ้งวัฒนะ

        ประเภทของวีซ่า NON-IMMIGRANT “B” และระยะเวลา

        1.แบบเข้าได้ครั้งเดียว (Single-Entry) มีอายุ 3 เดือน นับจากวันที่ยื่นขอวีซ่า และใช้พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทยได้ไม่เกิน 90 วัน

        2.แบบเข้าได้หลายครั้ง (Multiple-Entry) มีอายุ 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ยื่นขอวีซ่า และใช้พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทยได้ครั้งละไม่เกิน 90 วัน ออกให้เฉพาะกรณีติดต่อธุรกิจ 

        เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ยื่นวีซ่ามีดังนี้

        1.แบบฟอร์ม ตม.86 (กรณีเปลี่ยนประเภท Visa เป็น Non-B) หรือ ตม.87 (กรณีต่อ Visa Non-B) หรือแบบฟอร์มของสถานกงสุล ในประเทศนั้นๆ

        2. รูปถ่าย ขนาด 4 x 6 ซม. จำนวน 1 รูป (ถ่ายไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)

        3.หนังสือเดินทาง อายุการใช้งานไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือน

        4. หนังสือรับรองจากกระทรวงแรงงาน แจ้งผลอนุญาตให้ทำงาน

        5. ใบอนุญาตการทำงาน และ Visa Non-B ล่าสุด (กรณีต่อ Visa Non-B)

        6. ภ.ง.ด.91 ของคนต่างชาติ

        7. เอกสารสำคัญของบริษัทที่จ้างงาน

        ระยะเวลาที่รอ Visa Non-B ประมาณ 1 เดือน ส่วนอายุวีซ่าที่จะได้ขึ้นอยู่กับทางสถานกงสุล หรือ สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมืองพิจารณา มีทั้ง 3 เดือน 6 เดือน 1 ปี แต่สำหรับมือใหม่ ได้อยู่ประมาณ 3-6 เดือนค่ะ

        Single Entry (เข้าได้ครั้งเดียว) ราคา 2,000 บาท

        Multiple Entry (เข้าได้หลายครั้ง) ราคา 5,000 บาท

Thailand Business Visa

Foreign nationals who have to travel to Thailand for business-related purposes have to apply for a Thailand Business Visa. The Business Visa is a “B” Category of Thai Non-Immigrant Visas. Thai “B” Category Visas are issued for the following reasons:

• To conduct business without payment (ie. the Thai Business Visa)
• Paid employment, for which you will also need a Work Permit
• To invest in a business in Thailand

What Are the Types of Thailand Business Visas? The Thai government issues two types of Business Visas:

• Single-entry Thai Business Visa, which allows you to enter Thailand once and stay for up to 90 days.
• Multiple-entry Thai Business Visa, which is valid for one year and allows you to enter multiple times, and stay in Thailand up to 90 days per entry.

The document are required as bellow please:

• Your passport. Which is valid for at least another six months and has at least two blank visa pages.
• A completed and signed Thailand Business Visa application form. You may be able to download it from the website of the embassy/consulate or get it there if you apply in person.
• Passport-sized picture of yourself, with the following specifications: 
  1. Dimensions: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm
  2. White background
  3. Taken within the last six months
  4. You must have a neutral facial expression, staring straight ahead
  5. Your entire face must be fully visible
  6. Headgear is only allowed for religious purposes and even then, only if it does not cover the face
  • Glasses are allowed only if they do not cover your eyes and do not have heavy frames
• Proof of sufficient financial means to cover the duration of your stay. You need 20,000 Thai Baht if you are traveling alone and 40,000 Thai Baht if you are traveling as a family.
• A letter from your employer. Which states your position, how long you have been employed, your salary, and the reason you’re visiting Thailand.
• A Letter of Invitation from the company in Thailand.
• Proof of Thai travel health insurance.
• Relevant documents that show your correspondence with your business partners in Thailand.
• Documents related to the inviting company in Thailand. Which are signed by the Company’s Board of Directors, authorized managing director and hold the seal of the company.

  2. The list of company stockholders
  3. The company profile
  4. The details of the business operation
  5. The company’s balance sheets, Income Tax and Business Tax statements for the past year
