การขออนุญาตกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรอีก Re-entry Permit

คนต่างด้าวที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นการชั่วคราวหากเดินทางออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร ถือว่าการได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรเป็นอันสิ้นสุด แต่หากก่อนเดินทางออกไปนอกราชอาณาจักร ได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ให้กลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรได้อีก เมื่อเดินทางกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรอีกครั้ง จะสามารถอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรต่อไปได้เท่าระยะเวลาที่ยังเหลืออยู่

วิธีการแจ้ง

1. เตรียมเอกสารให้ครบถ้วนพร้อมเงินค่าธรรมเนียม
2. ติดต่อด้วยตนเอง ณ ที่ทำการของกองบังคับการตรวจคนเข้าเมือง 1

เอกสารประกอบการยื่นคำร้อง

1. หนังสือเดินทาง (Passport)
2. แบบคำขออนุญาตเพื่อกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรอีก (ตม.8) พร้อมติดรูปถ่ายขนาด 4×6 ซม. (ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)
   1. คลิกดาวน์โหลด แบบฟอร์ม ตม. 8
3. สำเนาเอกสารหนังสือเดินทาง อย่างละ 1 ฉบับ ดังต่อไปนี้
   1. หน้าข้อมูลบุคคล
   1. หน้าวันหมดอายุหนังสือเดินทาง
   1. หน้าแก้ไขข้อมูลบุคคล (ถ้ามี)
   1. หน้าตราประทับอนุญาตเข้าราชอาณาจักรครั้งล่าสุด
   1. หน้าตราประทับอนุญาตการขออยู่ต่อในราชอาณาจักร (ถ้ามี)
4. บัตรขาออก (ตม.6) และสำเนา 1 ฉบับ
5. เอกสารจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องฉบับจริง และสำเนา 1 ฉบับ (กรณีปรากฏเงื่อนไขห้ามเดินทางออกนอกราชอาณาจักร)
6. ค่าธรรมเนียมการยื่นขออนุญาต 1,000 บาท สำหรับหนึ่งครั้ง และ 3,800 บาท สำหรับเกินกว่าหนึ่งครั้ง

Re-entry Permit

An alien who is permitted to stay in the Kingdom temporarily, if traveling out of the Kingdom without making Re-entry, it will be considered that the permission to stay in the Kingdom is terminated.

But if before leaving the Kingdom, the alien has been granted permission by the competent official to be able to re-enter the Kingdom with the current visa held. When come back or re-enter the Kingdom, he/she will be able to continue to stay in the Kingdom for the remaining period of their visa.

Procedure

1. Prepare complete documents with fees.
2. Contact in person at the immigration office.

Documents required

1. Passport
2. Application Form (TM.8) (attached photograph (4*6 cm.) that is not less than 6 months old.)
   1. Download TM.8 Form  (Print out 1 sheet)
3. A copy of passport page as follow
   1. Bio data page
   1. Passport expiration date page
   1. Edit personal information page (if any)
   1. Last entry permit stamp
   1. Extension Stamp to stay in the Kingdom page (if any)
4. Departure card (Tm.6) and 1 copy (if any)
5. Original documents from relevant authorities and 1 copy (in case of prohibited travel outside the Kingdom)(if any)
6. Application fee
   1. 1,000 baht for one time use
   1. 3,800 baht for multiple uses
